1. I am a residency program administrator/director and would like to modify my program's information.

To do so, follow these steps:

• Register for an account
• Email the ID# of your program along with your username, real name, position, email address, phone number and name of program to scutwork@gmail.com.  Once approved, you will be able to modify your program by clicking on "Modify Program" in the top menu.  We will notify you by email or phone once you are approved.

2. I am a student, why should I sign in and write reviews?

• You will be able to log in and keep your own personal list of programs
• You will be able to write reviews and edit them afterwards
• Remember that the key to keeping this project going is to contribute reviews for other applicants "like you" to read
• If you have done an elective (in house or outside), write about it, other students may want to learn more about it

3. I am a resident/fellow, why should I sign in and write reviews?

• By signing in, you will be able to write reviews for future applicants to read
• Please be unbias, all your reviews will remain anonymous to the public
• Applicants who may have questions about your review may send you an email via our form keeping your email address anonymous.  Remember that if you reply, your email may be revealed to the applicant.  To remain anonymous, you may always reply from a hotmail account :)

4. How do I edit my reviews?

• Go to the front page
• Sign in
• Find the program you wrote the review
• There will be an "edit" link next to the program which you wrote a review

5. How can I personalize my program list?

• Sign in
• Once signed in, find the program you are interested in
• Click on the "Add to My Favorites" link to add a program to your personalized list
• Click on "My favorites" at the top menu to view your list at any time

6. I have written a review, how come it does not appear immediately?

• To maintain a high standard of quality, all reviews are submitted to approval prior to being published
• This process usually takes a day or two (unless we're gone for holiday)
